Quantum Group creates platform for growth at new Thorpe Park Leeds offices

Quantum Group has relocated to larger offices at Thorpe Park Leeds to help realise our growth ambitions.

The move will enable us to offer a range of specialist services to more local, national and international contractors and sub-contractors operating in the construction and industrial oil, gas and steel plant markets, helping them deliver contracts more efficiently and maximise their productivity.

After outgrowing our regional office in Pontefract, where we have been based for the last 14 years, we chose Thorpe Park Leeds for our new home to meet our need for extra capacity, while 'business as usual' continues at our North West office near Oldham.

Quantum's team of six, who work with clients across the company's four divisions - Quantum CPM, Quantum Consult, Q Meruit and Quantum CCS - supports our clients by enabling them to outsource the core processes of effective contract delivery and project management in construction, as well as providing legal services to resolve construction disputes.

In the past 12 months, across the Quantum Group we have worked with more clients than ever before, with turnover expected to almost double this year versus 2021 figures, and has already secured 160 assignments in 2022.

Company founder and managing director Stephen Pilling, said: "Moving to our new offices at Thorpe Park Leeds is an exciting stage in the development of Quantum and puts us in an excellent position to recruit. We are actively recruiting for junior, intermediate and senior consultants to build our team."

"Our sustained growth to date has largely been organic, so that tells us there is great opportunity to support many more contractors and sub-contractors in the construction sector. The services we offer enable companies to work differently by outsourcing project administration to us, rather than trying to do this all in-house, in much the same way a company would outsource book keeping and accounting compliance to an accountant."
