As part of our on-going expansion, we have opportunities for quantity surveyors to join our North West (Royton, Oldham) and North East (Pontefract, Wakefield) offices.
Working with an existing client base on a wide range of assignments, quantum urgently needs individuals who will play a key role in the growth and development of the offices. The positions provide the opportunity of career progression working with highly trained and motivated colleagues.
There are three levels of position available: at Assistant; Intermediate Consultant, and; Director level.
The successful candidates will need to demonstrate in their application a level of attention to detail and experience of financial management of construction works appropriate to the level. Members joining our team will be good communicators and it literate, demonstrating ambition and drive.

The position of assistant requires essential basic construction knowledge ideally already working to become degree qualified in construction management or quantity surveying.
The intermediate position (consultant or senior consultant) requires established knowledge of construction and having previously worked as part of a team and autonomously in private practice or contracting. Ideally BSc, MSc or assocrics qualified, perhaps MRICS.
At director level, the successful candidate will be MRICS or FRICS and demonstrate an interest for and experience in dispute resolution by being a member or higher grade of the chartered institute of arbitrators.
With experience of managing, the successful candidate will already be or will have recently held a senior position in private practice or contracting, or may currently be a sole trader or manage their own practice wishing to play a key part within a larger expanding business.
